United Nations still claim that Union of Soviet Socialist Republics exists

United Nations failed to take care for even European peace. The dissolution of USSR created a very complicated legal situations, as now the composition of the UN Security Council looks as follows:
Article 23
- The Security Council shall consist of fifteen Members of the United Nations. The Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America shall be permanent members of the Security Council. „
There is no such name as „Russian Federation” in Chapter 23, and we are unable to verify Russia’s status. There are no documents available, why the Russia has a legal title to this place in the UN Security Council without being stipulated in the UN Charter. I wonder, what happens if such country as the USSR was dissolved and two largest parts of it engaged into a military conflict, which is the case.
Some critics in Poland observed, that the former USSR had soviets,had different legal organisation and was much more accountable and had different legal bodies, without such concentration of power in the hands of one person.
There are a lot of doubts whether Russian Federation has sufficient legal title to be part of it, due to the dissolution of this particular UN Council Member and subsequent conflict of two largest successor states that formed USSR in the past.
We are concerned about the dubious and disputable legal status of Russia in the UN Security Council. Some documents that confirm Russian legal status are missing, and – according to int. law, this makes a very unsure and very disputable situation.
